Introduction of High Efficiency Filter


Each of them has been tested by Nano-flame method, and has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency, low resistance and large dust capacity. High-efficiency air filters can be widely used in optical and electronic, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing, biomedicine, precision instruments, beverage and food, PCB printing and other industries. High-efficiency and ultra-high-efficiency filters are used at the end of the clean room, which can be divided into two types according to their structure. There are: high efficiency filters with partition, dust-free and aseptic hand washing dryer, high air flow high efficiency filters, ultra-high efficiency filters and so on.

In addition, there are three kinds of high-efficiency filters, one is the ultra-high-efficiency filter, which can purify 99.9995%. The other is the anti-bacterial non-partition high-efficiency air filter, which has anti-bacterial effect and prevents bacteria from entering the clean workshop. The other is the sub-high-efficiency filter, which was used for less demanding purification space before the price was cheap.

Matters needing attention

Installation requirements for high efficiency filters:

Installation of high efficiency filters is the key to construction and installation of clean air conditioning system and clean room. The following points should be paid attention to:

Clean before installation;

The system should be cleaned by air blowing.

Cleaning workshop should be cleaned again, such as vacuum cleaner, not ordinary vacuum cleaner, must be equipped with ultra-clean bag of vacuum cleaner;

If installed in the ceiling, the ceiling should be cleaned.

Then, after 12 hours of commissioning, the clean workshop can be cleaned again before the high efficiency filter can be installed.


Only in the installation site, the packing of high efficiency filter should be dismantled at the time of installation. After taking it out, the appearance inspection should be made, and the specific test data with performance indicators should be required for each unit. No limited value data (e.g. less than Pa) should be printed in general.

Leak hunting

Before installation of high-efficiency filters in clean workshops whose cleanliness level is equal to or higher than 100, leakage must be checked on the spot. The key point is to check whether the filters are damaged or leaked. All clean workshops require leak detection of the high-efficiency filters installed on them. When the number of checks is not given in the current specifications, a certain proportion can be set by themselves. The key point of installation and leak detection is air. Sealing quality of filter frame.

Resistance deployment

The resistance difference of each high-efficiency filter will affect the air balance and airflow uniformity. Individual air filters with too high or too low resistance should be removed when installed. Air filters with similar resistance should be arranged in the same room. Air filters with different resistance in the same room should also be evenly dispersed.

For air filters on the same air supply surface of one-way flow clean room, the requirement of resistance difference is more important. According to the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Clean Room, the following relationships should be met:

The actual resistance value of each unit (under rated air volume)=(0.95~1.05)*the average actual resistance of each unit on the air supply surface.
